Sino-American Medical Association (SAMA) is a Massachusetts based medical association works to develop relationships between the United States and China that enable technology transfer to promote human health. We are here to build a bridge between East and West, a bridge to the cutting-edge technology, a bridge to brilliant ideas and viable ventures, and ultimately, a bridge to a healthier world.
Mission Statement
The Sino-American Medical Association (SAMA) is organized and operated to (a) promote Medicine in every aspects; (b) foster free flow of idea in Medicine; (c) provide a forum for the interchange of science and technology in the Medical area; (d) bridge and develop a cooperative relationship between the United States and China in Medicine; (e) educate the public and advance public knowledge in the progress and development on Medicine both in the United States and China; (f) serve as an advocacy role for medical community; (g) promote the socioeconomic vitality of medicine; (h) represent interests of pharmaceutical sciences among the medical professions, and (i) assist in developing scientific and technical partnerships between the United States and China.

Job Duties:
Perform fixed asset accounting and work with Hikewell’s investors and trust funds.
Perform significant data entry and reconciliation, in addition to posting journal entries, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, and processing company payroll.
Oversee client trust accounts and perform month-end closings.
Supervise the accounts payable department, the accounts receivable department, the collections department, and the billing department. Work closely with vendors in China.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or close related discipline;
Strong understanding of basic Accounting principles/GAAP;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines;
Must have excellent organizational and follow through skills;
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
